Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to determine patients' emotional, social, and financial needs.

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification:

• Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in medical or healthcare social work.
• Skills:
  • Strong advocacy and problem-solving abilities .
  • Excellent communication and counseling skills .
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and patient rights .
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to relocate temporarily for assignments.
