Project Coordinator (Marketing)

Schedule: 30-40 hrs a week (open to flexible schedules)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to keep multiple marketing projects on track. This role is focused on coordination, follow-up, and ensuring everything moves forward across vendors, freelancers, and internal teams.

No marketing experience required—this is about organization, execution, and ownership.

• Extremely organized and on top of details
• Strong follow-through—nothing slips through the cracks
• Comfortable delegating and following up
• Proactive, responsive, and self-managed
• Able to handle multiple moving pieces at once

Key Responsibilities:

• Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across projects
• Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and internal team members
• Keep marketing projects (digital, creative, social, print) organized and moving
• Manage the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met
• Follow up consistently to ensure completion of tasks
• Organize files, assets, and project documentation
• Support email campaigns, reporting, and general marketing operations

Qualifications and Must-Haves:

• Strong organizational and time management skills (non-negotiable)
• Ability to multitask and stay structured in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Able to work independently without micromanagement
