Position Overview
Savvy Cleaning is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Apartment Move-Out Cleaner to support our growing commercial cleaning operations. This role focuses on deep cleaning vacant apartment units to prepare them for new tenants. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and understands the level of detail required in move-out cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed move-out cleans in apartment units, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
Clean appliances (inside and out), cabinets, baseboards, doors, and fixtures
Sweep, vacuum, mop, and remove debris from all areas
Follow Savvy Cleaning checklists and quality standards consistently
Identify and report any damages or maintenance concerns within units
Work efficiently to meet unit turnover timelines
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized manner
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience required
Move-out or deep cleaning experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to manage time effectively and complete jobs within set deadlines
Reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods
Positive attitude and willingness to take direction
