Interior Design Consultant
Our store is currently experiencing tremendous growth, and is expanding its product line. Do you enjoy sharing your design ideas with others? Amish Haus Furniture is seeking a professional to join our growing team. We are a locally owned business with a friendly atmosphere and a focus on the customer. Amish Haus offers you the opportunity to sell the highest quality furniture built here in the Midwest. We carry sofas, chairs, sectionals, recliners, along with furniture and accessories for every room of your home. We provide you the tools to be prosperous in sales, while enhancing our customer’s homes with heirloom quality furniture.
Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
· Greeting Customer’s in the store
· Determining the Customer’s needs and how we can fit their needs.
· Assist Customer with room planning to facilitate implementation.
· Creating a customer base with a maintainable follow up system
· Answering incoming calls
· Hand writing sales orders located on builder’s options and customer’s needs
· Checking over sales orders and maintaining contact with customer all over the building process and beyond.
· Maintain the store appearance and cleanliness
· Our Designers may offer Home visits and Room Plans also.
· Requires working most Saturdays, but closed on Sundays!
We offer a competitive benefit package including paid training, employee discounts, vacation, and holiday pay for full time employees. This is a commissioned (with a guaranteed base) position, perfect for a self-motivated, creative person who enjoys inspiring others. earnings the first year can vary from $40,000-$50,000 with exponential growth as your client base grows. We have the greatest customers!
