Job Description

In this role, you will serve as the backbone of daily operations by performing a variety of hands-on physical labor tasks essential to material processing, packaging, and facility maintenance. This is an active position in an industrial and outdoor yard environment that requires teamwork, physical stamina, and an uncompromising commitment to safety. salary: $16 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Routine Physical Labor: Performing a wide variety of hands-on physical tasks across different plant areas, including lumber stacking, stick laying, packaging, shipping/receiving, and yard maintenance.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 25lbs
• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working up to 15 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
