Job Description: Your Impact

As our Franchise Training Manager, you'll own the full training ecosystem for Hello Garage. That means shaping how new franchise owners launch, grow, and thrive from their very first day through long-term success. You'll build programs, facilitate learning experiences, and partner cross-functionally to make sure training and real-world execution are always in sync.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thinks in systems, connects with people, and never settles for "good enough."

Job Duties: How You Win Everyday

  • Training Program Strategy: Design, organize, and continuously improve a training ecosystem that scales with our growing franchise network
  • Onboarding & Core Programs: Lead our 101 onboarding experience and develop best-in-class sales and production training that sets owners up to win from day one
  • Network Education: Plan and facilitate system-wide webinars, workshops, and learning sessions that keep our franchise community sharp and connected
  • Field & Ops Alignment: Collaborate closely with field and operations teams to ensure training reflects what's actually happening on the ground — and drives results in the field
  • Culture of Learning: Champion accountability, connection, and continuous growth across the entire Hello Garage network

Qualifications: What You Offer

  • 3+ years of experience building training programs from the ground up
  • Experience facilitating large group training or presentations
  • You thrive in a scrappy, high-growth environment where no two days look the same
  • You believe great training changes lives and you've got the experience to back it up
  • Exceptional communicator and influencer with franchisees, peers, and executives.
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.
