Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes with precision and creativity.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and refine existing ones.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage multiple tasks and stations efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and advanced culinary knowledge in high-pressure situations.
What we're looking for: - Proven experience in a hotel or high-end restaurant setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cooking ingredients, techniques, and procedures.

Qualifications - Requires great communication skills.
- 3+ years of previous line experience preferred.
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
- Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
- Requires moderate supervision and training, may be required to give direction in the absence of a supervisor.
