Job Description

We are partnering with a premier, rapidly expanding commercial transportation solutions provider to find an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Representative. If you excel at cultivating business relationships, identifying new B2B opportunities, and delivering tailored logistical and transport solutions to corporate clients, this is the perfect career move for you.

In this role, your primary mission will be driving revenue growth by selling commercial vehicle rental services and comprehensive fleet maintenance programs to businesses across the regional market.  

Candidate Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of successful professional sales experience IN THE TRUCK RENTAL INDUSTRY. Please do not apply if you do not have industry specific experience. 

  • A proven track record of hitting targets in a dedicated B2B (business-to-business) sales environment.

  • A highly self-motivated, autonomous work ethic with the capability to efficiently manage a designated sales territory.

  • A valid driver’s license alongside a clean, acceptable driving history.

Compensation & Perks:

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Actively source and secure new corporate accounts through strategic prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry leads.

  • Client Management: Manage the entire sales cycle for both new prospects and existing accounts, specializing in tailored commercial vehicle rentals and long-term fleet maintenance programs.

  • Consultative Selling: Analyze client needs to design, present, and close comprehensive service agreements, proposals, and pricing structures.

  • Account Retention: Provide dedicated post-sale support and continuous consultation to ensure maximum client satisfaction and long-term account loyalty.

  • Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on local market dynamics, tracking competitor strategies and evolving customer demands to position our services effectively.

  • Operational Alignment: Partner closely with internal maintenance and service teams to guarantee seamless delivery and an elite customer experience.

  • Fleet Oversight: Maintain a precise, up-to-date log of local fleet availability (including physical yard checks) to optimize rental inventory.

  • CRM Accuracy: Methodically document all pipeline activities, client communications, and sales milestones within the internal CRM system.
