In this 12-week assignment, you will have the chance to work closely with patients in the SNF, utilizing your expertise as an Occupational Therapist (OT) to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, providing interventions to enhance daily living skills, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
