Overview:

$18.50 / hour

 

This is a vacant position. Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years.

 

Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll provide guests with exceptional service when they visit the park .

 

You’ll also… 

• Be responsible for installation, basic maintenance, tear down and pack away of all technical equipment.
• Repair or initiate repair of all breakdowns in your area of responsibility.
• Complete maintenance as needed on technical equipment.
• Assist with technical installations of attractions.
• Follow the event, assist with the tear down process of all attractions and theming.

Qualifications:

• Candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Education and/or work experience in technical production (theatre preferred)
• Indivisuals with experience with basic carpentry
• Experience in theatrical special effects (preferred)
• Excellent operating, set-up and troubleshooting knowledge of audio, lighting and effects
• Individuals that are able to lift 40 lbs. above your head and work in confined and dark spaces
• Candidates that have a valid Ontario Driver’s License (G/G2) with a clean abstract
• Individuals that are able to provide their own CSA approved steel toe footwear
• Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
