ABOUT FRACTAL
ReBoot is Fractal's returnship program for professionals who took a career break or explored entrepreneurship and are looking to make a transition back to the workforce and pursue their career goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver Projects In The Cloud And Data Engineering Space
• Work With Technical Architect To Understand Risks And Plan Their Mitigation,
• Identify Right Execution Strategies,
• Understanding Of Devops Process,
• Creating And Maintaining RACI Templates,
• Managing Project Plan, Including Daily Project Trackers Indicating Progress Of Work,
• Guiding The Team Through A Project Lifecycle Process Like Scrum, Kanban Or Waterfall,
• Staffing The Team In The Right Manner To Ensure Timely Delivery, Including Forecasting Of Staff,
• Managing Cadence With Client Stakeholders,
• Ensuring The Right Templates Are Formed To Design/Develop/Test/Support,
• Continuously Align With Requirements From Client And
• Ensuring Project Scope Is Managed Efficiently, Including Billing, Utilization Etc.
• Work With Technical Architect To Understand The Solution Arch, Design, Risks And Plan Their Mitigation.
The Candidate Is Not Expected To
• Architect The Solution,
• Build Engineering Pipelines, Infrastructure, Or Data Models, Nor Would they be Expected To
• Create Business Requirement, Functional, Infrastructure Design Or Technical Design Or Test Case Documents
SUCCESS PROFILE:
• Solid grasp of technology from prior professional experience of at least five years. Proficient in Project Management methodologies, including Scrum, Agile, and Jira.
• Fluent in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail: ability to think through all minor aspects in detail, be thorough and accurate while accomplishing a task
• Planning & Organizing: establish a systematic course of action to ensure accomplishment of a specific Objective/task, determine priorities
and allocate time and resources effectively
• Career management, performance management of the teams
• Craft Proposals
• Well versed with any technology project management – Web technologies, Data warehouse and Business Intelligence, Cloud, Big Data etc.
• Collaboration: Build rapport, develops, and maintains positive working relationships with co- workers & stakeholders
• Communication: establish clear line of communication with clients and key stakeholders
