Now Hiring: Sprinkler Division Manager $140K+ Base Salary

We are seeking a near-executive level Sprinkler Division Manager to lead and grow our entire fire sprinkler division. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing operations, performance, and profitability across inspections, repairs, and installations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full sprinkler division (Inspection, Repair & Install) Oversee Designers, Project Managers, Foremen, and Field Teams Drive operational performance, scheduling, budgeting, and profitability Develop growth strategies and expand market presence Work closely with executive leadership on forecasting and planning Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local/state regulations Maintain quality control, safety standards, and customer satisfaction

✅ Qualifications

NICET Level III or higher in Water-Based Systems (Layout & Design required) COC (Certificate of Competency) 15-20+ years of fire sprinkler industry experience Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams and departments Strong background in operations, estimating, and project oversight Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive division growth Executive-level communication and leadership skills
