Job Description

Mandatory Experience:

• Total Work experience 12 -15 Years
• 10 Years of relevant experience.
• Prior State of Florida Client exp erience

Must have skills:

• 4 to 6 years of IT work experience in systems analysis, development and engineering in an online environment.
• Knowledge of and experience with State of Florida information technology standards and processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft C#.Net, MVC, JQuery, and Responsive Design.
• Proficient Experience with Test Driven Design and Unit Testing methodology.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Oracle.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Visual Studio 2012 and later.
• Experience using HTML.
• Experience working in a Waterfall and/or Agile development environment.
• Strong communication and validation skills.
• Experience with IT systems and processes, methodologies and their direct implementation to projects.
• Experience working on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert.
• Goals-oriented proactive team player with the demonstrated ability to multi- task and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to garner support from a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Critical thinkers with excellent problem-solving skills that can make independent decisions within area of responsibility and expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.

Knowledge of PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Experience with Team Foundation Server

Local candidates are always highly preferred.
