The Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles is a 12-story tower comprising 59 custom for-sale homes with outstanding views of the surrounding Beverly Hills neighborhood and Hollywood Hills. Operated by Four Seasons, our homeowners experience best in class amenities, including a courtyard pool and private cabanas, IMAX Theatre and Lounge, a fully equipped fitness center with climate-controlled studio, and a Resident’s Lounge offering a Food and Beverage program throughout the day. Our team will provide thoughtful, intuitive, and dedicated service to our homeowners, who will either live full time in the building, or from time to time as their travels bring them to LA. As part of the residence team in a Four Seasons standalone residential property, you will have a unique opportunity to define and establish the operating model for stand-alone Four Seasons Private Residences. It is anticipated that we will be able to create unique opportunities to deliver service excellence, but this will require agility and flexibility in our roles in the service of our homeowners.
At Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles, the Restaurant Lounge Attendant provides an expertly served beverage and dining experience; anticipating the residents’ and their guests’ needs, and is an expert on the menu options ; and delivering memorable experiences through genuine connections and personalization.
Offer residents an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
Anticipate and service of residents’ requirements before requests are necessary.
Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
Utilize a "Captain's Pad" correctly and for the sake of communication.
Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
Present menus and explanations for all menu items as well as specials of the day.
Present children's menus, when appropriate, and describe specials and Alternative Cuisine.
Offer suggestions for alternatives upon resident request.
Utilize the computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks, and completing closing readings.
Carry trays, bus, and reset tables with linen, china, glass, and silver.
Ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.
Report any accident immediately, no matter how minor, to a manager.
Respond properly in any building emergency or safety situation.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management and staff.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
1-2 years food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience.
Excellent knowledge of food, preparation, and wines.
Hourly Rate: $28.50
