We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with our team of landscapers to ensure timely completion of services
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to our customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection
