Position Overview

Claro's Italian Markets, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Records Assistant to support our administrative and data management functions in a fully remote capacity. This role is essential to maintaining accurate records, supporting operational workflows, and ensuring data consistency across the organization.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week)
  • Monday through Friday
  • Must be able to work during standard business hours (Pacific Time preferred)

Compensation

  • $21.00 – $26.00 per hour , based on experience

Core Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain company records and databases
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Organize and manage digital files and documentation
  • Support inventory and product data tracking across systems
  • Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving data-related issues
  • Provide general administrative support to improve operational efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure accurate information flow

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data entry, records management, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Professional communication skills
