We are looking for a few extra hands to help create new food specials each week while producing great food that keeps our guests coming back again and again, this is the perfect opportunity to join a family owned and operated restaurant and catering company!

This is very much a teaching kitchen with over 90 years of culinary experience when combining owners and management. We change our specials weekly with all the creativity coming from our kitchen staff collaborating each week.
Our current weekly hours are as follows-
Monday - Friday 11AM - 9PM
Saturdays - 9AM - 9PM
Sundays - Closed
Saturdays we open at 9am for Brunch until 12noon. Then it is regular menu until we close at 9 pm.
Hudson's Restaurant and Catering is a family owned and operated restaurant. The owners are brothers, JJ and Kevin Altomare graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and have been creating memorable dishes and experiences together for the past 19 years in Northeast Ohio. We currently offer lunch and dinner 6 days per week, as well as brunch on Saturdays. We also have created pop up bars for Halloween, Christmas and St. Patrick's ! Nightmare Before Blitzen's, Blitzen's and O'Blitzen's. We love creating and sharing special menus, drinks and experiences with our guests!
