Job Description

Our Finance Team is looking for an _ Operations FP&A _ _ Intern _ for the Summer of 2026! All internships start June 9th, 2026 and are 10-12 weeks long. 

Position location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays & Fridays remote. 

Who We are Looking For: 

It’s an exciting time to join Ocean Spray’s Operations Finance team! The world of purchasing, production and logistics is changing, and we are evolving with it. You are passionate about food & beverage operations along with the strategies that drive efficiencies through our network.  

You’re eager to join a fast-paced team to learn more about using systems, data and analytics to drive impactful business decisions, while finding efficiencies and lowest landed costs for our products. You organize yourself to learn quickly, and you are strong in developing cross functional, collaborative relationships. Taking ownership is big at Ocean Spray and there will be plenty of opportunity to be empowered to do so over your summer internship.  

What You Will Do & What You Will Learn:  

You’ll dive into the world of the Ocean Spray Cranberries and partner alongside the Operations FP&A team as well as their business partners in Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Tech.  You’ll gain experience in developing improved processes and reporting to drive further efficiencies through our network while maximizing product availability.  You’ll be joining an agile finance team supporting a top-notch operations team, while working within a company that operates in a legacy industry.  

What You’ll Need:  

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed (as of winter/spring 2026) an MBA/Master’s degree 

  • Good energy, a positive “can-do” mindset and passion for using data to drive business decisions  

  • Preferred 2-4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage related industries (Finance, Accounting, etc.) 

  • Self-starter who isn’t afraid to find their own answers 

  • Analytical, organized, significant attention to detail, ability to work autonomously 

  • Confidence in presenting ideas and recommendations in front of Senior Leadership 

  • Proficient in financial modeling, Excel and PowerPoint

  • PowerBI experience preferred
