We are seeking a Full-Time Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join a physician-led travel OB/GYN program based in West Chester, PA. This unique opportunity combines locums-style compensation and flexibility with the stability of full-time employment and benefits, offering an exceptional work/life balance.
Physicians in this role provide high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care for unassigned patients and respond to OB/GYN emergencies across assigned hospitals within Pennsylvania, ensuring patient safety and continuity of care. This position is ideal for physicians who are strong communicators, adaptable clinicians, and passionate about advancing women’s health.
Position Highlights:
Travel-based OB/GYN role within Pennsylvania
Minimum of five (7-9) 24-hour shifts per month at assigned hospitals
Approximately 21 days off per month
Flexible scheduling with advance notice
Rates comparable to locums with travel expenses fully covered

Annual compensation: $300,000 – $340,000

Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Active Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility for licensure
Current DEA registration
