Kustom Epoxy Floors is busier than ever and looking to add motivated individuals to our installation team. We are a long-standing Sioux Falls company with a reputation for quality work and are looking for dependable people who want a career, not just a job.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Preparing concrete surfaces using shot blasters, grinders, and other specialty equipment
• Repairing cracks, joints, and surface imperfections
• Mixing and applying epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane, and other coating systems
• Installing decorative flake, quartz, and industrial flooring systems
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
What We're Looking For:
• Reliable and on time every day
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical work and lift heavy materials
• Valid driver's license
• Construction, concrete, painting, flooring, or epoxy experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Hourly rate well above industry standards $25+

Our crews meet each morning and travel to job sites throughout the Sioux Falls area. Occasional overnight travel may be required, but it is rare.
