Manager, Mobility – Americas

Reports to: VP Comp & Ben & Mobility Americas

Job Purpose:

The Manager, Mobility – Americas is responsible for leading and administering the Americas region's mobility program, U.S. immigration processes.  The Manager ensures regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and seamless employee experience through strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors while driving technology enablement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to optimize the mobility processes. 

Key Tasks:

  • Manage the U.S. immigration lifecycle for employees in Express, GBS, e-Commerce & CSI, including work visa applications, permanent resident sponsorships, and I-9 compliance, in coordination with legal counsel and external immigration providers. Oversee the Relocation Program across the Americas, including intra-company transfers, international assignments, and localizations ensuring necessary protocols are being followed
  • Ensure Americas relocation policy is closely aligned with the Global Relocation Policy and market practices by working closely with Global Comp & Ben 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, HR Business Partners, and managers on Mobility, including policy interpretation, tax implications, and recommendations for employee movement.
  • Manage relationships with Mobility & US Immigration vendor to ensure compliance with internal policies and regional requirements. 
  • Leverage internal resources/dashboards to enable tracking and reporting on key mobility and immigration metrics for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Ensure integrity and compliance of employee information to protect against risk to the Americas Blanket Visa Program
  • Maintain required data, files and reports for Americas mobility program
  • Maintain SOP (including policy documents) for both the relocation and immigration process and provide input for improvement when needed.  
  • Provide training sessions to relevant stakeholders to ensure the processes are followed and comply with internal policies related to mobility.
  • Drive adoption of employee self-service portals and digital tools to streamline mobility and immigration processes.
  • Ensure competitiveness of the mobility program by reviewing relevant market data and make recommendations for improvement
  • Evaluate the mobility program by conducting surveys to obtain feedback from an employee’s perspective on potential changes
  • Manage adhoc requests to support the Comp & Ben team on various compensation and benefits programs
  • Monitor the mobility trends to ensure KPIs are being tracked and reported in the regional dashboard 

Requirements for the Job:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field

Expected Experience:

  • 6–8 years of experience in Americas mobility and immigration 
  • Proven track record managing Mobility, US immigration, including third-party vendor oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technology adoption and digital transformation in HR or mobility functions.
  • Expertise in change management, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, mobility management software, and data analytics platforms.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and discretion with confidential information
