Position Overview

As a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent, you will work closely with clients to assess their healthcare coverage needs while recommending customized life and health insurance solutions. You will educate clients on available coverage options, guide them through the enrollment process, and build lasting relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional customer care.

This position is ideal for individuals who are relationship-driven, self-motivated, and committed to delivering value through personalized strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and ongoing support

  • Educate clients on life insurance, health insurance, supplemental coverage, and other insurance options

  • Conduct needs-based consultations to identify appropriate insurance solutions

  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up

  • Assist clients with policy applications, enrollments, renewals, and policy servicing

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with insurance regulations

  • Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory changes

  • Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to deliver efficient client solutions

  • Provide exceptional customer service while representing SWFL Insurance with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Life & Health Insurance License required

  • Previous insurance sales experience preferred

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset

  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized recommendations

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
