Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Lead Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with young children. Candidate will have a passion for infants and toddlers and a stong focus on their development.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for the children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers to create a comprehensive curriculum
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained

-Plan lessons and activities using Teaching Strategies Gold/Smart Teach.

Requirements:
- CDA or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Proven experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus

- Ideal candidate will hold all necessary requirements for a lead teacher as outlined by DCY/ODJFS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
