Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Manager.
Dealing with clients in person and on the phone.
Setting customer appointments.
Inputting customer reservations into the computer.
checking and responding to emails.
Checking in dogs for boarding, daycare, & grooming.
Filing.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Must have a love for animals and able to greet clients.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Computer skills
This is a team afford to build customer relations.
Kennel experience a plus!
