Your Specific Responsibilities:
This position is highly responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating public health programs to improve health outcomes in Wakulla County. This position coordinates community health outreach efforts or program implementation designed to improve health outcomes in Wakulla County. The incumbent serves as liaison between the CHD, community agencies and non-traditional partners to reach county residents and improve health outcomes. This position requires travel for community outreach.

Qualifications:
Minimum – Valid Florida Driver's License, Ability to work in-office daily with field work required as scheduled, must be able to work occasional nights and weekends for community events as scheduled.
Preferred – Experience with public speaking, experience planning and participating in community events, experience networking and collaborating with community partners, experience developing and implementing workplan objectives.
