Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage staff schedules, Hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure the quality of our gourmet ingredients.
• Be available to your team at all times during regular operating hours
• Do the right thing and act like an owner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a management role within the food & beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to pass a background Check
