**The Role**
We are looking for a Mid-to-Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives in the "zero-to-one" phase. You won’t just be a cog in a machine. You will take full ownership of projects, from architectural decisions to deployment. Whether the stack is Java, Python, C#, or Node.js, we care more about your engineering fundamentals and problem-solving grit than a specific buzzword.
**What You’ll Do**
* Take Ownership: Lead the end-to-end development of client projects.
* Architect & Build: Design scalable backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces.
* Consult: Work directly with stakeholders to turn vague requirements into technical reality.
* Ship: Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
* Innovate: Choose the best tools for the job without being hindered by "how we've always done it."
**Who You Are**
* Tech Agnostic: You are a master of at least one major ecosystem (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or .NET) but can pivot to others as needed.
* Experienced: 4+ years of professional experience building and scaling web applications.
* Dedicated: You have a "get it done" attitude and a high degree of personal accountability.
* Product-Minded: You understand that code is a means to an end—helping a business succeed.
