Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage financial models for various real estate investment funds, including both debt and equity vehicles.
• Conduct competitive analysis by monitoring public and private market participants.
• Maintain operational models related to financing covenants and fund performance.
• Support market research and analysis related to mergers, acquisitions, and strategic opportunities.
• Assist in the integration of newly acquired entities and ensure alignment with broader financial strategy.
• Prepare high-quality deliverables for internal stakeholders and executive-level presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CFA) is a plus.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial modeling, corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
