Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer/Salesperson to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in showroom sales, proficiency in 2020 Technologies software or CAD drawing software, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work retail showroom hours as required. The main responsibilities include following up on customer leads to increase conversion of potential purchasers.
Responsibilities:
Showroom sales for residential homeowners, contractors, developers, architects, wholesalers, and designers.
Handle over-the-phone and online sales inquiries.
Utilize 2020 Technologies software or CAD drawing software for designing kitchen and bath layouts.
Provide excellent verbal and written communication to clients and colleagues.
Work retail showroom hours as required.
Follow up on customer leads to increase conversion of potential purchasers.
Collaborate with a team of 10 kitchen and bath designers.
Requirements/Skills:
At least 2 years of experience as a Kitchen & Bath Designer/Salesperson.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Knowledge of 2020 Technologies or CAD drawing software.
Fluent in English.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
