Mister Tiger was born from a simple idea — to share the comfort and flavors of the meals we grew up with, inspired by the dishes our grandmother and mother lovingly prepared for us.

Responsibilities
Support and help lead dinner service alongside the kitchen leadership team
Assist with expo and ensure smooth, consistent service execution
Maintain food quality, consistency, and plating standards
Work closely with the AM kitchen team to ensure prep and service readiness
Assist with ordering, inventory, and maintaining par levels
Support training and development of kitchen staff
Help execute events, pop-ups, and special services
Contribute to new menu items and assist with implementation
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficient kitchen workflow
Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a leadership or senior line cook/sous chef role
Strong understanding of service flow and kitchen operations
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Calm, reliable, and solutions-focused during service
Team-oriented with a willingness to support and lead when needed
Comfortable working within an established system while helping improve it
Compensation & Benefits
$70,000 – $80,000 salary
