Job Description

The client is seeking a high-impact Executive Business Partner to support the Chief Revenue Officer in a dynamic and fast-paced AI company. The position involves working closely with a high-performing sales organization operating across San Francisco and New York. As a strategic partner to the CRO, the role requires managing time effectively, driving critical deals, and ensuring the seamless operation of the revenue engine. The candidate will work within the business to support strategic initiatives, anticipate bottlenecks, and align the efforts of key stakeholders to maximize impact. The core responsibilities of this role include maintaining context on important deals and stakeholders, supporting sales leadership, and optimizing the executive's time. The business partner will own complex calendars, prioritize tasks, coordinate logistics, and act as a gatekeeper for the CRO's availability. Building strong relationships across functions and operating with a comprehensive understanding of business context are essential for success. The role demands anticipation of needs, prioritization of activities, and prompt action to resolve potential escalations. Applicants should have at least five years of experience supporting senior executives in high-growth tech environments, with a preference for backgrounds in sales or revenue organizations. Strong business acumen, prioritization skills, and the ability to make informed decisions are critical. The role requires confidence in guiding senior stakeholders, excellent interpersonal skills, and the capability to thrive in an intense environment. The position involves starting early to support East Coast operations and necessitates a willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
