Position Summary

We are seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead technical operations and oversee maintenance teams across two facilities located in Grand Prairie, Texas and Lakeland, Florida. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with a primary base location, requiring limited travel between both sites. The Engineering & Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving consistent maintenance and technical standards across both locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop maintenance and technical teams at both locations
  • Oversee all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Ensure consistency in maintenance practices, systems, and technical standards across both facilities
  • Drive equipment reliability initiatives to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency
  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance and technical operations
  • Monitor KPIs such as uptime, mean time to repair (MTTR), and preventive maintenance compliance
  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to support production and facility needs
  • Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions
  • Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance standards, and company policies
  • Provide on-site leadership at the primary location while maintaining oversight of the second site
  • Travel regularly between Texas and Florida to support maintenance activities and team alignment

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance, technical operations, or engineering leadership
  • Proven experience managing maintenance teams; multi-site environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site and travel between locations

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $102,600-$176,755

 

The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs.
