This Pediatric Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner will practice within a
well-known children’s hospital clinic dedicated to comprehensive pediatric specialty and endocrine services. The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will manage a
defined patient population in a modern outpatient setting designed specifically for children and adolescents with diabetes, growth disorders, thyroid disease, and other hormonal conditions. As a PNP, responsibilities include chronic disease management, hormone therapy management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This children’s hospital clinic offers streamlined workflows, integrated electronic medical records, and a strong family-centered care model.
The Pediatric Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner reports to physician leadership and advanced practice management while collaborating closely with medical directors and nursing administration. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, accountability includes serving as expert practitioner, consultant, educator, patient advocate, and care coordinator for a defined endocrine population. The Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider
works alongside friendly nurses, pediatric endocrinologists, diabetes educators, dietitians, and a diverse multidisciplinary team. The organization seeks a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with pediatric clinical experience; while endocrinology experience is preferred, candidates from pediatric primary care, pediatric diabetes management, pediatric hospital medicine, pediatric specialty clinics, or other pediatric-focused settings with a passion for endocrine disorders are encouraged to apply.
