Key Responsibilities:

• Handle enrollment calls, schedule visits, conduct math assessments, and guide new families through the onboarding process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction for both parents and students through effective communication.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and create personalized learning plans.
• Manage student curriculum and update progress in the center system.
• Provide coaching to instructional staff and help improve team performance.

Qualifications (Skills & Traits for Success):

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Passion for helping others and a genuine curiosity about people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
