Customer Service Call Center Dispatcher 

We’re hiring Dispatchers to join a fast-paced call center environment supporting customers across the U.S. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls , verify information, and help resolve alarm events quickly and professionally.

This is a high-volume, customer-focused role ideal for individuals who can think fast, communicate clearly, and multitask with confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound & outbound calls related to alarm activity
• Verify customer information and assess situations quickly
• Coordinate with emergency services when needed
• Manage multiple systems, calls, and alerts at once
• Document all interactions accurately and follow procedures
• Provide professional, timely support in urgent situations

This Role is a Good Fit For

• Call center or high-volume customer service experience
• Retail / restaurant backgrounds used to fast pace
• Collections, dispatch, or support roles
• Individuals comfortable with back-to-back calls & multitasking

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typing 30 WPM
• Reliable attendance is a must
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and assessments

Pay & Schedule

• $16/hour | Weekly Pay
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
• May include weekends & holidays
• On-site in Tulsa | 24/7 operation
