As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and securing top talent to support the company’s continued growth and success. Essential Functions

  • Manage and maintain job postings within the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
  • Review and refine job posting language to maximize visibility and candidate engagement across all advertising platforms.
  • Evaluate recruiting tools, platforms, and vendors to assess cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Lead and participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and community outreach efforts to strengthen the employer brand.
  • Proactively source candidates through resume databases, professional networks, social media, and referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with colleges, trade schools, and technical institutions aligned with workforce needs.
  • Screen applicants to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit; conduct phone and in-person interviews as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, align recruiting strategies, and maintain consistent communication.
  • Promote internal career opportunities and support employee participation in the referral program.
  • Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and share results with hiring leaders.
  • Contribute to recruitment-focused projects aimed at improving candidate experience and retention initiatives.
  • Provide responsive customer service to employees regarding payroll, benefits, and compensation inquiries as needed.
  • Assist with general HR and payroll administration in support of the broader HR team.

Required Education and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter in an in-house or staffing agency environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct structured, behavioral, and competency-based interviews.
  • Experience managing multiple stages of selection processes including video interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and managing candidate data.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with a customer-service focus.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Military service will be considered in lieu of education/certification experience as applicable.

Work Environment

  • Primarily based in a corporate office environment.
  • Climate-controlled workspace equipped with standard office tools, including computers, phones, and business systems.
  • Frequent interaction with customers, vendors, and internal staff in person and through phone/email.
  • Regular collaboration across departments.
  • Periodic visits to construction sites or operational locations to support business needs.
  • Occasional exposure to moderate noise, dust, or active work environments.
  • Outdoor or site visits may involve exposure to seasonal weather conditions.
  • Must be comfortable transitioning between office and industrial environments.
  • Requires strong communication, multitasking, and coordination skills.
  • Adaptability and situational awareness are essential.

  • Up to 15% monthly

  • Requires a moderate level of physical activity and flexibility.
  • Primarily sedentary work performed at a desk with regular computer and phone use.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods with intermittent standing or walking.

  • Ability to move between office buildings, construction sites, or operational locations.
