Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Assistant - Entry Level to support client communications, service updates, and local engagement efforts. This position plays an important role in ensuring clear communication between our team and pet owners while supporting daily operations and promotional initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
* Assist with appointment confirmations, service reminders, and follow-ups
* Support updates to service information, pricing, and promotional materials
* Coordinate communication between front desk staff and grooming team
* Assist with local marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives
* Monitor and respond to online inquiries and customer feedback
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
* Comfortable working in a pet-friendly, on-site environment
* Reliable and professional demeanor
