🛠 Clean Room Assembler – Medical Devices

📍 Location: Irvine, California

💵 Pay: $22 – $25/hr (based on experience)

🕒 Shift: 1st Shift – 5:30am to 2:00pm (OT as needed, currently voluntary but may change)

As a Clean Room Assembler , you’ll work in a sterile environment assembling delicate components under a microscope. This is a hands‑on role where precision, teamwork, and attention to detail directly contribute to improving patient outcomes.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assemble printed circuit board assemblies (PCB‑A) and small parts in a cleanroom.
• Assemble catheters under a microscope to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Follow cleanroom guidelines and maintain a sterile work area.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Inspect finished products to meet strict quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

🔧 Essential Skills

• Previous experience in medical device assembly or similar field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment under strict guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

⭐ Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with cleanroom guidelines.
• Comfortable working with a microscope.
• Medical assembly and packaging experience.
• Strong hand dexterity.
• Experience with glue/epoxies, laser welding, Bluetooth device connection, and software testing is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
