Job Overview:

We are currently hiring a CDL Class A/B Truck Driver to support a commercial scaffolding operation. This role is responsible for transporting, loading, and unloading scaffold materials to and from jobsites while helping maintain safe and organized deliveries. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a hands-on construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class B truck to transport scaffold materials to jobsites and yards
• Load and unload scaffolding equipment including frames, braces, planks, swing stages and related materials
• Secure loads properly to ensure safe transport
• Assist with organizing materials in the yard and on delivery sites
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures at all times
• Communicate with dispatch, yard staff, and jobsite personnel regarding deliveries
• Support warehouse or yard operations when not driving

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class B or A license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physical outdoor environment
• Experience hauling construction materials preferred
• Forklift/lull experience is preferred
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work early mornings and occasional overtime as needed
• Current DOT drug test or clearance preferred 
• Steel toe boots required
• A pre-employment drug screen will be required for this position
