You are accountable for moving work cleanly and predictably through our delivery lifecycle:

New Requirements Backlog In Progress Testing Approved for Release Done

You respect gates, documentation, ownership boundaries, and release controls. You do not work “off the books,” skip steps, or bypass the system.

Responsibilities

• Own the Task Lifecycle (Non-Negotiable)
• Lead Functional Discovery & Requirement Authoring
• Distinguish Custom Requests vs. Scalable Product Opportunities
• Drive UAT and Final Acceptance
• Manage Priority, Capacity, and Expectations
• Lead Projects End-to-End

Preferred Experience

• Managed Print Services Industry
• Familiarity with ERP Implementations
• Hands-on experience with Odoo
• Background in CRM and Systems Management
• Project Management and development

Required Expertise

Odoo Functional Mastery

• Core applications (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, CRM, Website)
• Business workflows and configuration patterns
• Record rules, access control, and functional implications
• Knowing when configuration is sufficient and when development is required
