SRF Portal BA Profile

Overview

We need a BA who can take charge of the SRF Portal workstream, guide it through requirements and design, and possibly all the way through development, QA, and UAT. The work is underway - Discovery is done - and there is a high-level backlog and set of process diagrams, which will be the starting point. The BA will lead 8 weeks of workshops with SMEs, to gather the information required to refine the backlog and detail user stories. We already have a high-level plan for the workshops.

This is a very challenging assignment. We're expecting our BA to be able to take over this initiative, learn what they need to know quickly, gain the client's trust, and begin running workshops and producing artifacts within 2 weeks.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Plan and run requirements workshops
• Refine backlog from Discovery
• Refine process diagrams from Discovery
• Write user stories
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers
• Support Developers
• Write functional test cases
• Execute functional test cases
• Support UAT
