Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, exceptionally talented Brand Illustrator, 3D Animator, and Motion Graphics Specialist to join our core centralized creative division in a full-time remote capacity across Nigeria, with an administrative geographic base in Lagos. Functioning as the principal visual architect for our product suites and marketing campaigns, you will step up to claim individual operational accountability for transforming complex, abstract technical algorithms into highly compelling visual illustrations and flawless user-facing animations. Shifting completely away from monotone stock asset cropping or basic template layout tuning, you will operate across the full creative spectrum—building interactive characters, programming web interface animations, and structuring rich 3D geometries. This position requires an enterprise tech environment veteran with 4+ years of professional history who manages vector assets fluidly natively using Graphic Design parameters, codes technical motion configurations smoothly natively using Motion Graphics workflows, and deploys high-fidelity 3D Animation profiles confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Visual Content Creation: Design, illustrate, and scale complex, high-converting digital assets and custom brand components cleanly natively utilizing Graphic Design software platforms (specifically requiring expert-tier Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop mastery).
• Advanced Explainer and Motion Architecture: Build, script, and optimize high-impact explainer animations, user onboarding sequences, and interactive micro-interactions natively leveraging Motion Graphics orchestration systems (including Adobe After Effects and Rive frameworks).
• High-Fidelity 3D Environment Modeling: Sculpt, texture, and rig custom three-dimensional elements, character illustrations, and structural product components cleanly natively utilizing 3D Animation rendering engines (specifically requiring hands-on Blender or Cinema 4D mastery).
• Product and Campaign Asset Calibration: Partner in lockstep with distributed Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and visual designers to deliver conversion-ready graphic content across mobile applications, web landing interfaces, and multi-channel social networks.
• UI/UX Design Framework Alignment: Review and implement foundational UI/UX design principles, ensuring all static and animated vectors remain perfectly optimized for software latency, scale, and responsive frontend implementation.
• Strict Quality Control and Composition Governance: Enforce rigid visual standards across all asset classes, meticulously auditing composition rules, advanced color theory maps, typography pairings, and narrative continuity.
• Asynchronous Multi-Project Administration: Own and track multiple creative deliverables simultaneously under high-velocity startup deadlines with absolute independence, maintaining crisp data pipeline scannability and structural timeline documentation.
• Emerging Tech and Software Exploitation: Actively research and embed emerging design trends and advanced generative AI design tools directly into your illustration workflows to multiply asset production rates and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of verified professional history running commercial brand illustration, digital motion graphics engineering, full-lifecycle asset design, video post-production consulting, or technical product marketing curation.
• A minimum of 2 years of continuous, documented experience explicitly creating complex 3D illustrations, rigs, kinetic materials, and render pipelines.
• Deep, authoritative technical command of visual storytelling mechanics, layer compilation, vector mapping, kinetic timing, spatial composition rules, and formatting specs across non-print media.
• Expert-tier capability formatting master project layouts, refining raster images, and constructing multi-tier design components natively utilizing Graphic Design software tools (including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Practical operational familiarity configuring movement frames, processing vector assets, and exporting web-ready interactions natively using Motion Graphics and 3D Animation toolsets (specifically requiring After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Rive).
• Demonstrated experience successfully delivering graphic and animated content lines within a fast-paced fintech, cloud SaaS, or consumer technology product environment.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and portfolio communication traits in fluent English, enabling uncompromised clarity and collaboration when aligning on design briefs across cross-functional cells.
