Recipe Philly is a first-of-its-kind restaurant: a full-service dining experience built on the principles of Heirloom Hospitality. Every dish on our menu comes from a real family recipe, surfaced through a citywide competition and accompanying TV series. The food here means something. So does the team that serves it.

We've designed a beautiful, high-functioning bar program with speed and consistency at its core. We free pour — the way you would at home! Our non-alcoholic beverage program gets the same attention as everything else behind the bar. Because we serve a full food menu at the bar, knowing the dishes and the people behind them is essential to this role. This state of the art space includes a sphere ice machine and nitro cold brew on tap.

What you'll do

• Craft cocktails and beverages consistently across every shift using free-pour technique
• Participate in regular pour tests to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Serve food at the bar and speak knowledgeably about the menu and the community members who created each dish
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and running efficiently throughout service

What we're looking for

• Bartending experience in a full-service or high-volume environment
• Comfortable with free-pour technique and committed to consistency
• Warm and engaging with guests, whether they're at the bar for a drink or a full meal
• Reliable, organized, and a natural team player
• Availability for lunch and/or dinner shifts

Compensation

Bartenders earn $6.00/hour base plus tips, paid weekly.
