Summary
Hello Darling/Flora is seeking an experienced bartender to join our growing team! As a bartender with Hello Darling/Flora you will be responsible for crafting quality cocktails and providing best in class hospitality. We strive for balance between efficient high volume service and personally curated guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience bartending with robust knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits. You thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail and have a positive, engaging, and energetic personality. You are committed to maintaining a collaborative and supportive environment for your colleagues. You have a passion for intuitive hospitality and genuine care for the work you do.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome every guest warmly into our space
Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and mixed beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Promote and maintain the highest level of customer service to all guests
Provide detailed information about the cocktail offerings, answering questions and making recommendations as needed
Maintain a clean and organized space throughout your shift
Periodically record inventory
Prepare syrups, batch cocktails, and assemble snacks as needed
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment
Required Qualifications
Hospitality-first work ethic
2+ years of experience with cocktail bartending
Experience with high volume food & beverage service
Weekend and evening availability (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday required)
Enjoy a fast paced work environment, maintaining calm under pressure
Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision
Comfortable checking IDs and ensuring guests are never overserved
Compensation
$16.27 + tips ($10-15/hr)
