Job description:

Automation RPA BA

Must Have:

• Strong RPA domain knowledge with focus on UiPath analysis hands-on understanding
• Experience creating As is and To Be maps gap analysis and optimization strategies
• Expertise in MS Visio for building professional process diagrams
• Knowledge of UiPath integrations API calls SharePoint Azure DB connections
• Knowledge of GenAI prompt design intelligent automation and AI based solutions
• Create detailed Process Design Documents PDD define Exceptions logging and SOPs
• Ability to define functional and technical requirements for automation
• Strong analytical thinking communication and documentation skills
• Technical Expertise
• Strong understanding of UiPath capabilities components and best practices
• Knowledge of UiPath integrations including
• API calls REST SOAP services
• SharePoint and OneDrive integrations
• Azure AD Azure Functions Logic Apps and cloud orchestration
• Document understanding queues attended unattended bots
• Basic hands on experience or the ability to understand UiPath workflows Reframe work is preferred
• Working knowledge of Power Automate flows and environment management
• Awareness or foundational understanding of Generative AI powered automation and cognitive automation tools
• Good to Have
• Exposure to Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere
• Handson UiPath development or ability to read debug UiPath workflows
• Experience with Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban
• Understanding of cloud platforms
• Lead workshops interviews and process walks to capture detailed business requirements
