Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our apartment community in great shape. This role is all about making sure our residents have a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained place to live. You’ll handle day-to-day repairs, stay on top of preventative maintenance, and jump in when issues come up.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform regular inspections of the property, equipment, and systems to catch issues early
• Complete routine maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
• Keep tools, equipment, and supplies organized and stocked
• Work closely with management and residents to schedule and complete repairs
• Help maintain our pool and spa.
• Assist with unit turns, upgrades, and renovation projects
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Keep accurate records of work completed

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade certifications are a plus)
• Certified Pool Operator License preferred. We will pay to get you trained if not. 
• Maintenance experience, ideally in apartments or residential properties
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your time well
• Good communication skills with residents and team members
• Physically able to lift, climb ladders, and use tools as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
