Start your new career as an Apartment Maintenance Technician with MAU at our client in Anderson, SC. As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will support the daily operations, maintenance, and overall appearance of a residential apartment community while helping ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

What We Offer:

• Pay of $20 – $25/hour based on experience
• First Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Dependable and flexible with scheduling, including occasional Saturdays

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic electrical knowledge and repair experience required
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Previous maintenance or apartment/community maintenance experience preferred

What You’ll Do as an Apartment Maintenance Technician:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property
• Complete light electrical work, including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures
• Assist with housekeeping and cleaning of the clubhouse and common areas
• Maintain community grounds through trash pickup, weeding, flower planting, and landscaping support
• Operate pressure washing equipment for sidewalks, buildings, and common areas
• Monitor property conditions and report maintenance concerns
• Coordinate and supervise outside contractors for landscaping, repairs, and other services
• Support overall property appearance and resident satisfaction
