Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate medical appointments.
  • Answer and manage office phone calls and emails.
  • Take accurate and detailed messages for medical staff.
  • File and maintain medical charts and patient records.
  • Assist medical staff with administrative tasks.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team in a medical office setting.

Skills:

  • Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to use electronic medical record (EMR) systems (preferred but not required).

Education/Experience:

  • High School.
